Feather Films is now casting writer/director Irina Goundortseva’s new short film Fatso (5 mins). Fatso is a brief, bittersweet tale about belonging.

Visions du Reel

Writer/Director Adrian Francis’ short documentary Lessons From The Night, which premiered at Sundance and Flickerfest in January, has been invited to screen at the documentary film festival Visions du Reel held in Nyon, Switzerland in April. San Joaquin International Film Festival

Erin White’s Film Victoria funded short film Dugong has been invited to screen at the 2nd Annual San Joaquin International Film Festival in California USA. The film festival runs from 14th to 23rd May, 2009. For more information, check out the festival’s website – www.sjiff.org/festivals.html.

Flickerfest

Adrian Francis’ short documentary film Lessons From The Night will have it’s world premiere screening at the 2009 Flickerfest International Film Festival. It is screening in Documentary Program 1 at 4:30pm on Tuesday 13th January 2009 at the Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. Sundance Film Festival

Lessons From The Night has been selected to screen in Official Competition at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival. It will screen with the documentary feature film Quest For Honor. The screening sessions are –

• Tuesday 20 January – 5:30pm – Prospector Square Theatre, Park City, Utah, USA
• Friday 23 January – 10:30pm- Broadway Centre Cinema IV, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
• Saturday 24 January – 12:25pm – Holiday Village Cinema IV, Park City, Utah, USA
