The Not-So-Great Eugene Green has won the prestigious Monkey King award for ‘Best Foreign Short Animation‘ at the 2010 China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF). The animation is written and directed by Michael Hill and produced by Melanie Brunt. CICAF is China’s largest animation festival and attracts approximately 900,000 visitors.
