<p>Well it&#8217;s been a busy few months for <em>Polo&#8217;s Robot</em> and director/animator Peter Lowey. In May 2011 <em>Polo&#8217;s Robot</em> screened in NSW at the <strong><a href="http://www.dff.org.au/" target="_blank">Dungog Film Festival</a></strong> and the <a href="http://www.aiaf.com.au/" target="_blank">Australian International Animation Festival</a>, before going to Scotland in June to screen at the <strong><a href="http://www.edfilmfest.org.uk/" target="_blank">Edinburgh International Film Festival</a></strong>. In June Peter Lowey was in France at the Annecy Animation Festival where his entry <em>Sidewalk Scribble</em> won the<a href="http://www.annecy.org/about/archives/2011/film-index:f20112035" target="_blank">Annecy YouTube Competition</a>. Then it was back to Melbourne to take part in the <strong><a href="http://www.miaf.net/" target="_blank">Melbourne International Animation Festival</a></strong>, where <em>Polo&#8217;s Robot</em> won <strong>Best Australian Film</strong>. In July 2011 Polo&#8217;s Robot had it&#8217;s WA premiere at the <a href="http://www.revelationfilmfest.org/" target="_blank"><strong>Revelation Perth International Film Festival</strong></a> and it also screened again in Melbourne at <strong><a href="http://redhotshorts.com.au/" target="_blank">Red Hot Shorts</a></strong>.</p>
